Wound Care Program
Wound Care Program is a specialty program centered not only on the treatment and healing of wounds but also on the patient's overall health. Our nurse wound specialists are certified and provide individualized and expert care under a patient's physician order. Continuous assessment and reassessment of wounds, patient care and change in the treatment plan as appropriate are implemented to ensure patients overall well-being and progress.
We are a wound care specialty home health which addresses various types of wounds. We work closely with numerous hospitals, wound centers, and amputation prevention centers around the Los Angeles area including Healogics at Glendale Dignity Memorial Center.
